Port Williams Recreation Summer Camp

The Port Williams Recreation Summer Camp invites you to take part in their multi-age/sport camp at PWES. Our Camp focuses on fundamental movement skills and games-based physical exercise. We’ll be playing the following sports: Tennis, Field Hockey, Volleyball, European Handball, Softball, Soccer,Track & Field, Archery, Flag-Rugby.
There will be creative play: art, music and dance led by community artists and local talent. We will be connecting with nature through weekly day trips including visits to Cape Split, Blomidon, the Kentville Research Station and local farms.
The camp that beings at 9 am and ends at 4:30 pm (children can be dropped off at 8:45 am). There are half and full day options. We will run rain or shine at PWES. Campers will be divided into three age groups (7-9, 10-12 and 13+) and rotate through age-appropriate activities.
Cost is $15/half day, $25/full day or $100/week. Please make cheques payable to the Village of Port Williams - Recreation

The Camp is led by Recreation Coordinator Joseph Memet and Acadia students trained and certified in High Five, Principles of Healthy Child Development.
What to Bring
- Outdoor shoes, a hat and sunscreen are a must!
- Indoor (or super clean) shoes are required on rainy days.
- Water bottle and a snack – peanut free please!
- Your smile, energy and a willingness to learn something new!
